Mini Khan Experience destination 3: Austin, Texas, US

I am really happy Mini SRK has come to visit me on the third leg of his North American tour. We stayed up late last night talking and he told me that he really enjoyed his stay with Beth in Illinois and his recent visit with t-hype in Tennessee. I did establish that despite the great time he was having, he had been really looking forward to coming to Texas. I was truly flattered, but I honestly think it’s about the food more than anything. I got the impression that t-hype was a gracious hostess, but everyone kept pushing the world famous barbecue on him during his visit to Tennessee. I promised him that Austin has some of the best Indian food in the country, so his homesickness will be abated very soon. We decided that since he’s in Texas, he should go out for some true Tex-Mex tonight at Enchiladas Y Mas. Unfortunately, news of the Mini Khan Experience is spreading all over the city and the second we headed out this evening, the paparazzi was fast on our heels. They snapped a bunch of pictures of us together. I guess I am naive because I didn’t expect the tabloids to make up vicious stories about the two of us. I downloaded the pictures of us out tonight from a very seedy website. They only posted the pictures with Mini Khan’s arm around me and of course, they captured my almost-wardrobe malfunction in one of the pictures. What I wish more than anything is that they didn’t get the embarrassing photo of Mini Khan downing his third margarita. He stole the cowboy hat from a girl at a nearby table. Between you and me, he’s a little bit wild when he has consumed too much tequila. I hope tomorrow is a little bit more low-key. There is so much I want him to see while he’s here.

I don’t think there is a name for that kind of cowboy hat. The string just keeps it on you in case the wind catches it while you are riding your horse… The heart is a just a jeweled accent, of course…
